Hello and welcome to my Listingbook webpage! Listingbook is a cool FREE tool that helps understand what's happening in the current real estate market. Many of my clients have found it a helpful and convienient way to look at homes online. It's a free, simple-to-use service fed right from the illustrious MLS (Multiple Listing Service). What does Listingbook do and why would I use it?

For Buyers, specific criteria is entered that you're looking for in a home, including particular neighborhoods. Listingbook will then display those results, thus you'll get a good idea what's out there. Homes which match your criteria closest will display a little green smiley face, symbolizing a "perfect match."  Kind of like eHarmony for real estate lovers. 

For Sellers, when considering listing your home, the criteria of your home is entered (i.e., property square footage, house sq. ft., number of beds, baths, etc) and the houses which are similar to yours are then displayed. This way you're able to understand what your competiion is during the current market.

For Agents, Lisingbook is an effecitve communication tool between client and agent. Helps an agent understand the client.
